February 15, 2024 - Pittsburgh, PA - Brentwood Bank President and CEO, Tom Bailey, announced today that the Bank has added Alexis James Steals, Vice President of Operations at The Advanced Leadership Institute, to the Brentwood Bank Board of Directors.

Ms. Steals has been a leader in the Pittsburgh banking industry and has over 25 years of experience, spending much of her career with BNY Mellon, PNC and TriState Capital Bank. She has a long tenure of driving multifaceted growth for both large and small institutions, while delivering expert strategic direction and results. Ms. Steals most recently served as Senior Vice President, Deposit and Liquidity Product Manager with TriState Capital.

Ms. Steals is a tireless community leader that is committed to serving our local communities. In addition to Brentwood Bank, her current board and organization affiliations include, The Forbes Fund, Penn Hills School of Entrepreneurship, The Jack and Jill of America Foundation, and The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Ms. Steals holds a bachelor's degree in communications and writing, along with a teaching certification from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently enrolled in Carnegie Mellon’s Executive Leadership Program and has a certification from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. Ms. Steals is also a member of the Black Bankers Employee Resource Group and the Association of Financial Professionals.
